The team at bay leaf were super friendly, helpful in every way possible! They made it easy for us to understand what we needed from them - they didn't try to sell me things I wasn't interested in or push products that would have been overkill (or unnecessary) for our business model. We now use their services regularly as an email provider which has enabled us to move forward with confidence knowing all communication can be managed via one platform. Nothing really so far but great people who are willing to help out when you need support / advice etc. Be prepared though to put time into building relationships both internally within your organisation but also externally through social media channels/community platforms such as LinkedIn groups. Their focus was always going towards understanding my needs first before trying to'sell' anything too much. From day 1 after getting set up by a member of staff everything went.
