The i1Studio itself worked as it should, as far as I can tell the software is easy to use, you can calibrate any screen on any computer without worrying about product licenses. BUT! From personal experience, some screens are poorly calibrated, which does not guarantee a perfect match with printouts on professional photo printers. It will absolutely bring your colors closer, but don't expect perfection unless you've invested the right money in other equipment and printers. I included a video to explain my experience.
