When I received this lamp I wasn't sure as it is reflective - didn't go out and didn't change light/dim settings. When this happens, you immediately lose hope for the product. I liked the look of the lamp and its potential, so instead of just returning it, I decided to contact the seller and explain my problems. The seller responded promptly and sent me a new flashlight very quickly! I now have a fully functional lamp and love it! Excellent light quality in a smaller effective size. Absolutely perfect for small spaces with a very solid base to keep the lamp from tipping over. And with a flexible head - well, that's a great bonus! The only problem I have now is that my son wants a lamp in his room! I would also like to thank this seller for being a pleasure to work with. They were very compassionate and understanding in correcting what was needed. Overall great experience!
