I like that it's easy for new employees, no special training required! It also allows my managers' access if they are not available in person during inductions or have other commitments outside of work hours (which happens often).

Sometimes there seems an issue with connecting from home which requires me as manager/supervisor go into their office but this has only happened once so far - otherwise very happy!! Best thing about online indusrty? That we don't need extra staff members at our offices since all employee trainings happen via webinar instead when needed. We've been able reduce costs by cutting down numberof people hired per year without any impact on quality nor client service level provided within timeframes set out before hand.- saving money- better customer experience because everyone stays connected throughout entire course using software even while working remotely and attending virtual meetings through Zoom etc.. This helps us build rapport more effectively than traditional methods would allow due lack of face2face contact between team.
