I bought this unit and it has worked fine for a while. I've been using it for a while without syncing with the app. It is said to store up to 1000 pages. When I synced to the app, it downloaded about 30 pages that were stored in the pen, but mysteriously the writing was white, making the pages appear blank. I had to edit each side to make the text black, but all the text was missing bits and pieces. I tried different ways to reload data from the pen, but in the end I realized that I just didn't have time to work with the application. , a handle trying to sync to more than one device. Of course, all of the technology is disappointing. I like the idea but the product is literally unreliable and maddening. I literally just threw it in the trash. I could try to send it back and try again but I think it would be more a waste of my time. I don't want to deal with the guarantee and the right of return. I'd rather cut my losses, say goodbye to my $200 and move on. The most enjoyable part of the experience was hitting a 3 pointer in the trash can.
