The team were very helpful throughout our engagement, they really get what we are looking for in terms of functionality and how it can be implemented to suit our business needs. They also have a great understanding on the way to deploy systems into production which is key when you only want to use the best products available (i.e. not trial / test). Our system will enable us to see where people spend most time in a building or office environment by monitoring movement using an array of smart tags. This information provides us with insights to identify areas requiring improvement - both physical design as well as the layout internally. The app is easy to use, it has lots of features and it's free. I like how it can be used from anywhere in the world. It's a very good tool for building a community around your product. It could have more options for people who are new to the field. It would be great if you could add some kind of tutorial or step by step guide. We're using it as an alternative for our customers to send us feedback about their experience with the app.
