It depends on the dog
I have a newly adopted Maltese that has extreme separation anxiety accompanied with destructive behaviors. This seems to help her. She still cries a lot when I'm gone, but I'd say she's about 75% less destructive.The reason I say it depends on the dog is because I had one of these for my last dog, a yorkie, and it did nothing for him. I was desperate this time, so decided to try it again. I'm glad that I did.
