The customer service team was very helpful in answering all questions I had about this product! They are always willing to help you out with any problems or concerns we have throughout our printing process (we use it for both client-facing documents as well).
There aren't enough features yet but they seem pretty committed towards adding new ones so hopefully by release there will be some great products included like automatic numbering/labels etc which could really streamline things quite nicely!! You can set up multiple pricing tiers within one account if needed too instead of creating separate accounts just because your prices change over time -- helps keep everything organized together under 1 roof :) We've been able run an efficient workflow using these tools without needing additional staff members dedicated solely toward those tasks--it's honestly made us much happier employees knowing what needs doing next when compared to working through spreadsheets manually before hand!
