I needed a monitor to monitor my baby at night. As for that functionality, it's great, but there are other issues that I was aware of, I probably wouldn't have bought it. The monitor does NOT come with A BRACKET. Disappointing but can be avoided. I bought a mount for this product and it didn't have the hardware to mount it nor any instructions so I contacted customer service who was far from helpful. They told me "there is no hardware included, mount it like the picture on the website" before unplugging without really helping. They take over 10 minutes to reply but if you think about taking more than 1-2 minutes they drop out. The parent unit is nice to have, but the battery stinks a bit. The parent unit and the application have a temperature difference of about 4-5 degrees. The camera can only be connected to one person's account, so your partner will need to log into your account or you will need to pay a subscription to access it. I thought you could keep the camera feed for the last 24 hours but you only have 20 second clips the monitor takes 24 hours and when you save them it saves the current time not the time which it was listed. To be honest I'm still struggling with Hubble support so this review could be downvoted and I might end up bringing it back for something with real support and more transparency.
