Review on 🔥 Empava 24 Inch Gas Stove Cooktop - 4 Burners, Italy Sabaf Sealed, NG/LPG Convertible, Stainless Steel Cooker by Joshua Days

I can only give this damn thing one star until we hook it up, although I don't want to give it any stars. The propane/gas fitting has a European thread, BSP, and as far as I know it doesn't fit an American thread. Someone asked "questions" about it and the person replied that he found everything he needed at his local hardware store or at HD. That sucks. Every hardware store I've called or visited, and there are many, has told me they don't have anything suitable on this subject and are just as puzzled as we are why they're selling it that way. I called Empava customer service and they told me to get a specific adapter from HD that "works for everyone, it's tested". When we got there we found that fitting #1 is not BSP threaded. So how can she fit right?! #2 turns the 1/2" fitting into a 3/8" fitting, which is useless to us since we have a 1/2" prop guide. When we tried to explain this to the woman from Empawa, she became very impatient and rude. How do I securely connect 2 fittings with 2 different threads on a gas line? We bought it anyway as it's an hour away for us with a coupler to replace it with 1/2" but it also doesn't have that thread so we were very cautious about trying. We do Housework and don't have to pay anyone for what a basic stove should be.Why on earth does a company that sells to the US not have American threads on their faucets?!Or at least turn on the damn faucet you need.That is absolutely ridiculous. We didn't order online so we could drive around and call all creation to find the flip part that should even be included! So far Empawa sucks. very dissatisfied customers :(*UPDATE* We finally got it connected. I have no idea why Empava advises you to buy this adaptation in HD that doesn't fit properly (very dangerous) when Revain actually has the correct adaptation. In case, my rating is still 1 ste rn or rather 0 stars. I hate this device. And I cook a lot. Except the burners may or may not be burning, or you may have to hold the button to increase the temperature to 3 minutes, it's burning or it doesn't work even after 3 minutes and you get bored and eat salad for dinner. The burners burn so intensely that even low is more like medium. I can't imagine what you would do with the biggest burner at high power plus make an awful fire it's scary I can't cook anything even on the smallest burner at lowest power my pan is still boiling so disappointed to send them back and I will never buy anything from Empawa again.
