Close the latch after placing the treat inside.
At first we really liked it, as did our two parrots. But be careful π there is a latch that you have to close after you put the millet in (or whatever you choose), the one I put in today was longer than the toy so I didn't close it . I was out for about two hours and when I got home I found my parrot pup stuck lifeless in it. Such a sad sad day. Just remember to close the latch.π
