I've been using this disc as my PC repair boot tool for a little less than a week. That's very fast for a USB drive, beaten only by the Corsair Flash Voyager GTX. I've attached a picture of his tests - very impressive. However, there are two minor issues with the drive. First, the build quality is just terrible. You must push down on the actuator just enough to feel the entire actuator flex to loosen the bolt to retract the actuator. Just bad design. Second, the drive is an SSD, which is found in a regular flash drive. This achieves such exceptional read/write speeds, especially for smaller files (in the screenshot, these are lines 2, 3, and 4). However, as you'll see in the second CrystalDiskInfo screenshot, the SSD controller they've chosen is extremely confused as to what the heck is going on. It reports that the disk is 8C and is failing due to bad blocks. With software like HD Sentinel, I can manually check how many bad blocks there are, but there are only 4, which is actually pretty low for a hard drive. SSD for consumers. It's just a shame that SMART is going crazy because the hard drive fails when it actually isn't. Both issues can easily be fixed by SanDisk, but to be honest neither is a deal breaker. The drive is insanely fast, light enough to carry around and strong enough not to break. So close to 5/5 but only 4/5 in the end. Oh good.
