Review on SUMK by Olubanjo Triantafilou

It's possible that SUMK has everything, but can they actually deliver?

Okay, so I've been hearing a lot of talk about SUMK and how they supposedly have a massive inventory of auto components and accessories. But let me tell you something, it's not nearly as good as people make it out to be. They make the bold claim that they can fulfill the requirements of each and every vehicle owner, but are they actually capable of doing so? I mean, I checked out their website, and navigating it was like attempting to find my way through a labyrinth. It took me an interminable amount of time to locate what I was looking for, and by the time I did, they had run out of stock. Talk about a disappointment. And don't even get me started on their poor attention to the needs of their customers. When I reached out to them to inquire about when they would replenish their supply, I received a standard email response stating that they were working on it. Um, thank you for the update, but unfortunately, that won't be much assistance to me in obtaining the component that I require. In addition to that, I find their sense of comedy to be a little on the corny side. Their attempts at humor went completely flat, but that doesn't mean they always have to take themselves so seriously. It seemed as though they were making an excessive amount of effort. In general, I believe that SUMK is nothing more than a collection of hype. Even if they have a large inventory of components, it will be to no avail if they are unable to fulfill the requirements of their clients. My company will be moving in a different direction.

Pros
  • Website that is friendly to users and is simple to navigate
Cons
  • It can be expensive to send internationally.
