Outstanding in every way

This is an affordable grill cover with lots of advantages over others. Let me count the ways:1. It's fade resistant (my previous cover was black but ended up gray because of sun fading). Because this one starts out gray, I think it will still look good several years from now.2. It has plastic clips on the straps, which gives it a more secure and tight fit than my previous cover, which had Velcro strips. The Velcro didn't always withstand high winds, and I had to chase down my cover a couple times when it blew away.3. It has zippers as well as straps so you can ensure the fit is right.4. It fits my Affinity grill perfectly (the previous cover, a generic for many brands and sizes of grills, was a bit too large.)5. It has a "hidden" zipper pocket in the front top that's big enough for various grilling items. I wouldn't recommend cleaning brushes, however, as those would leave black marks on the inside of the pocket.6. It's advertised as all-weather resistant. For whatever reason, the metal side shelves on my grill got rusty while underneath the previous cover. I live in the Pacific Northwest, so it's wet a lot, and I can only hope this cover protects the metal from rust better than the old one. I had to scrape off the rust with a steel brush.7. The price is right. It's not perfect, however. One of the plastic clips is a little stubborn and has to be jammed in firmly to get it to click. Outside of that, it's well-made.

Pros
  • Excellent material
Cons
  • The cover may tear easily when rubbed against sharp edges
