So far the AP has worked great, been in excellent condition and looked brand new. It was surprisingly well packaged and included all the hardware to install it. Make sure you understand that you need a controller for this access point and that's overkill for the home, but if you've used Cisco equipment for very little and don't mind connecting it via the console port and command line interface configure it, then do it. If you have problems with Cisco hardware, know that they will not help you in any way and will not even allow you to download supporting software or updates without purchasing a license from them.
