This is exactly what I was looking for! In the late 90's, around 1997, my grandparents bought me a Lexington bedroom set. Once upon a time there was a great furniture company, after about 22 years of use, the plastic on the slides broke off, which is why the drawers didn't work well. These replacement parts allowed the drawers to slide out like new at a fraction of the cost of new slides. Very easy to install.
