The stand serves its purpose. The charging ports for the controller are good, additional USB ports are welcome. The fans are as loud as the PS4 Pro fan. So if you're considering buying one to reduce acoustics, you'll be disappointed. This is to be expected as these are 60mm fans that spin at over 2000RPM. They probably produce over 30 decibels. I believe they will help dissipate the console's heat. In general the stand is good and worth the money.
