NOT for hiking! on Walking
I bought these because I wanted a walking shoe that didn't restrict my foot movement too much but still provided protection. They are very soft but absolutely not supportive. The heel is slightly raised and pushes the foot forward, the pressure on the ball of the foot is uncomfortable. I couldn't enjoy walking with natural heel and toe flexion due to the forward pressure. I hope to get some benefit from her gardening.
