Let's be realistic. It was less than $20. Nice decoration but it's all for $20. I was disappointed at first, but let's face it, you don't pay $20 for a working antique and you don't get it. So I'll take it to my shop, clean, polish, adjust and see if I can loosen it around the pivot point. If not, I'll just brush it up and use it to fill an empty spot in my office. It costs $20 for a gap filler. Beautiful flowers in cups and on a stand. Just let your expectations calculate the price.
