I love the design of the product, it's quite easy to use but doesn't do anything and my teeth look the same as before the treatment. I used the product as directed by first soaking the trays in hot water for a few seconds then allowing them to mold to the shape of my teeth before gelling the inside of both trays and leaving them on my teeth for 20 minutes. before resting for 10 minutes and repeating 3 times. Neither I nor anyone else I asked could tell any difference in the color of my teeth after the treatment. I give the product two stars mainly because it is affordable and the design and packaging is good. This is a generous review as the product was unusable and I ended up returning it for a refund.
