I have had the Comfort U Pillow for 5 years and due to compression (1/2 leg with no padding when shaking) and constant buckling, I decided to replace it despite repeated repetition. This pillow is more comfortable and supportive and maybe cooler (though it's only been a couple of nights) than the Comfort U. It also doesn't cut into my shoulder like the Comfort U. But mostly a relatively tall person, I really appreciate the extra length, although I didn't think it would make a difference when I chose this pillow (I chose it because I can add more fluff without having to sew). highlighted.
