I've been using this toothpaste for a few years now and find it hard to imagine choosing anything else. I've had issues with canker sores (aka canker sores) for most of my life, they seemed to appear out of nowhere and hurt me for at least two weeks after each occurrence. I recently learned that SLS and other cleaning agents in most regular toothpastes can cause mouth irritation. I don't remember where I heard that from, but this very toothpaste was recommended to people like me who suffer from chronic wounds, so I tried it and was so grateful for the result. I almost never get mouth ulcers! They still happen because there are other things that can cause them in me, but now my daily life is not one of them. Another thing I love about it is that it still contains fluoride. The vast majority of alternatives to major oral hygiene brands have been forced to remove it from their products due to unfounded fears and pseudoscience. It saves me an extra step in my daily routine. But for those who still believe that the amount of fluoride commonly found in toothpaste poses a significant risk to human health, there is also a fluoride-free version of this product.
