I bought this for my neighbor's little daughter who likes to wave out the window when I take my husky Skye for a walk. From time to time she goes outside and can pet and hug Skye. She loves my dog so much. So at Christmas I saw it and knew I had a winner. It's soft and just the right size for this little girl. She loved this backpack so much that she told me she would never use her Elmo backpack again. Her parents tell me that she carries it with her everywhere, keeps other "things" in it, and loves that she can take Skye out of her backpack to sleep with her.
