This is an inverter that can power a large number of popular AC household appliances from a reasonably sized battery (or other 12V DC source). 1500W is enough to run an air conditioner or cook!+ I ran it with a lithium iron phosphate battery (LiFePo4) without any problems+ Easy to install with the included accessories.+ The basic operation is quite simple: the easiest way to do it turn on Long press the power button on the device to turn it on. Other more convenient methods are also provided. +/- Backlit screen allows you to see the image in dark environments. Off-center viewing angles aren't great and the numbers shown aren't accurate. The on-screen battery gauge and power consumption gauge are 4-bar battery gauges. The 4-bar load indicator is displayed based on the 1500W inverter power. So if you are using a battery that is less than 1500W, the load shown will not reflect the actual charge capacity of your battery. Battery capacity is based on voltage and works fine. +/- There is an on-screen power indicator, but it's designed for higher power levels and isn't very accurate at lower power. For example, the OSD showed a steady 80W, while my third-party AC power meter reads a fluctuating 85-89W. about 11 volts. The inverter emits several moderately loud high-pitched beeps followed by a long continuous beep to alert you of a low battery.
