A friend recommended I wear these headphones when swimming in an indoor pool for 40 minutes. The sound beneath the surface was great. In fact, it seemed better than not being in the water. However, when I first put it on, the music I uploaded stopped playing after about 3 songs. This happened intermittently during my swims over the next two weeks. I contacted the manufacturer and they responded within 24 hours and said they would send a new kit which I received about 8 days after my first call. We communicated about three times by email. They have responded quickly every time. I couldn't test the new set because I wasn't in the pool for two weeks. Another issue is that one of the headphones doesn't fit well in my small ear canal. The other fits well. It's just that my ears are different, so I'm having a hard time keeping the phone in my ear. I'll try a new spare pair in a few days to see if there are any intermittent failures and if I can fix the poor fit. If that doesn't work, I'll seriously consider wearing just an earplug when swimming because the sound is very good. Note: I also wear it around my neck with the controls on the front. Unfortunately, the controls are flush, making it difficult to press the controls without detaching the headset. So I chose to put them on in the front and when I need to touch a control, I take them off to see in front of me, rather than unplugging and moving the headphones forward from my neck.
