I switched to compostable bags last year. I felt like I was changing the world for the better. I tried about 4 different compostable bags. This is the strongest and has the widest opening. The box is compact and has a draw hole. He keeps bags in a box, not everywhere. I was skeptical of how well it handles stretching from heavy objects. This bag is really durable as it hasn't torn or fallen apart. The stitching of the bag is excellent, it doesn't look like it will tear. I can't think of any downsides other than it costs more than half thickness bags. I definitely don't have to worry about leaking bags anymore.
