When you carry your smartphone with you, there is always a temptation to use it for too long. At least for me. So a good smartphone is now locked in a box. I was looking for a working 4G LTE phone as 3G no longer exists in my area and 2G is rudimentary with T-Mobile based carriers resulting in dropped calls and poor audio quality. This is a direct replacement that I use for the Nokia 3310. Universal screen protectors fit much better as the screen is not curved. The sound quality is excellent. I just wish they would also make one for CDMA based carriers for use at Verizon which hands down has the best outback coverage. But the quality of the GSM operator Nokia 225 is excellent. No regret. I use it with a magnetic charging plug in the micro-USB port that stays there all the time, so I don't have to use a micro-USB cable - those flimsy ports aren't built to last, but that's certainly not my fault NOKIA. However, they had to leave behind the round DC connectors from the days when NOKIA was the leading mobile phone company.
