How easy it was to install the product.
What I liked about this item is how easy it is to use. I used this product on the edges and seams of a metal roof. I am giving this product 5 stars because so far the product has withstood the extreme heat of south Texas. The quality of this product seems to be very good. I say this because after applying this product to my roof my roof has not yet leaked in all the areas where I applied it. Therefore, I recommend the product and will buy more if necessary!
