Review on Pro Taper Tie Downs BLACK by Jeff Grindley

I've had these belts for about a year now. I've used ratchet straps in the past, so I was a little skeptical about the security of a "motorcycle strap" where nothing seems to hold the bike down other than a couple of metal teeth. But after constant use (I mean at least once every two weeks) on many trips and even cross country, I have to say that the straps absolutely do the job! I even had an accident where my rear wheel hit a curb at high speed and although the impact ripped off another strap (not a pro cone), those straps stayed tight and my bike was secure. I love these belts. Great product!
