I ordered two of these guys for Valentine's Day. The black is beautiful and works perfectly. However, the rose gold watch arrived with the chain snagged on the clip. When I unraveled it and was able to open the watch, I found deep scratches on the dial and more scratches on the back. I want to contact the seller directly, but I can't find any contact details! I just want an undamaged watch for my son.
