works great, needs improvement.

I bought this for my office. That works great. We only have 3 lines and sometimes line 3 makes a buzzing noise after about a year of use. Still usable but annoying and only on line 3. It's been 2 years and we have 4 phones and a cheaper headset that we don't use anymore. Everything works perfectly. I just wish it was stronger. I want more options. I would like to better integrate that into my office. I wish it had built-in storage that could be accessed from a computer via a USB cable. When plugged in, it should work like a flash drive. So you can save your music from a WAV or MP3 file and save your messages as files that you can upload, download and save. I would also like it to store several months of call logs, which numbers were/were called, time, duration of the call and possibly the phone it was made from. I would also like to be able to store my office phone book on the device and when someone calls, the customer's name will appear. It can also allow a routing table, whereby personal calls are sent directly to the person instead of to the receptionist and unwanted calls are sent directly to voicemail. Now every phone has its own phone book. There are about 15 records on my phone, everyone else in the office has one or two. It is intended to integrate the list of office phones from the base into all phones. I also wish there was a way to easily set it up so that when a client calls, the computer opens the notes page for that client. One of the annoying things is when you turn off the volume on your phone because when you intercept incoming calls you also turn off the intercom volume so the admin can't tell you to answer the call. The intercom is designed to eliminate screams. They should have a separate volume control.
