I bought this dress for my daughter’s Father & Daughter dance. She told my husband she wanted him to be in a tux so I, of course, searched for a dress dress that would match his attire. Ballroom style. We went shopping in our Texas area, and not being from here and after 3 stores… I realized the dress code is all around casual. So Revain saves the day… again! Quality and material felt like I had night this dress from a wedding catalog or boutique. I am purchasing the gold one for another event as well. Daughter is 8yo. About 43lbs. Not sure of height. I bought both 7/8 and 9/10. We kept the 9/10. It hung low in both the front and back and because we are modest… I just safety pin both straps in the back.
