I was afraid to try this product because of some bad reviews. I need a positioning pillow because of severe sciatica. I've tried several different pillows which instantly turned into pancakes. I decided to give it a try and on the first night I had the best sleep in months. Mine came just like the picture, big and full. It's vacuum sealed so you have to take it out and crack it open. I put it in the dryer for a few minutes and the first night it was full and amazing. It also stays full between the legs throughout the night. I lay it out every morning so it can stretch out during the day and is great at night. I can't imagine sleeping without it while my sciatica flares up. My only wish would be for it to come in a larger version.
