Review on 🔌 TRC AECM20020-3-012 Electra Check Digital Monitor for AC Power Sources - Black with White Face (Small) by Clete Dean

I bought this unit to monitor the mains voltage and frequency when the whole house generator is activated during a power outage. The first one I worked on gave erratic voltage readings from 119 VAC to 124 VAC though. The frequency is read accurately and stably at 60 cycles. I called TRCproduct support and they said not to do this. Measurements must be consistent. I returned it to Revain and they replaced it with a new one with a quick turnaround time. Unfortunately, the second one also delivers erroneous readings. Tests with a Fluke multimeter confirmed that the DC voltage source is 120 VAC. I'm still debating whether to return it for another one or for a refund.
