We have a 4 year old Husky/Shepherd mix. Loud noises, fireworks, snow plows, loaders, graders - it all makes our Cooper nervous! Restlessness, including whining, pacing, hiding, not eating, or urinating. We tried thundershirts, tiring bandages around his body to keep him going, meds that helped, but not much. Winter in Alaska and our beloved Cooper is suffering, New Year's Eve and the 4th of July are still terrible. I watched a video on youtube it was a selection of tiktok dog grooming. The woman featured her favorite grooming items, changing coats, dog items and pet hoods! The dog, which she showed off wearing a pet hood, didn't bother with the dryer he used to dry his fur. So I ordered this hood for pets. Cooper hates wearing it! But, you know what? He doesn't whine, he doesn't hide, he still doesn't eat. Until the pet's hood is removed! He's so excited to take the damn thing off! He spins, wags his tail, jumps and rejoices! So does this pet work, or does he hate it so much that it's all he can think about? I don't know and to be honest I don't care! This is the best thing I can do for my furry baby! He's not drugged, he's not worried and he's glad he took his hood off! I love it and I swear by it!
