WHEN RELEASING THE LIGHT, TILT THE LIGHT SLIGHTLY AND LIFT THE LIGHT WHEN IT REACHES THE EGG YOLK. It is so easy! No yolk broken on the first use of 15! I love it! So I just had a great idea for a new way to use it! When I fry eggs the yolk gets over cooked while I try to cook the whites. Haha!
