The real idea behind the creation of Londji was to bring about the rebirth of traditional games that have fallen into oblivion or negligence by present day kids. They actually remodified old toys by combining them with new designs to create an eye catching toy with interesting features. Launched in 2004 in Barcelona, Londji deals with the manufacturing and even delivering of toys to alot of countries, though not internationally. Their services are limited to about 40 countries worldwide. There was no list of countries apart from countries in the EU, which made it hard for me to determine whether there was shipping/delivery to my location. This toy store has two main problems:
✓ The Twitter account which seems to be its only social media channel has been inactive for a long while which might influence the decisions of online shoppers.
✓ I randomly messaged the customer support via email(even though I could call them) but there wasn't any response from them, maybe because my complaint wasn't in Spanish, I guess!
If there's anything this company can improve on, it should be the awareness. Alot of people don't know about the platform, this is evident when we view the twitter account with less than 800 followers, I guess this is because they focus mainly on old toys rather than creating new toys which are in vogue.
