I thought it wouldn't work on short hair but it really works! I have short hair but it has a lot of hissing in some places especially the front and sides which is driving me nuts. If I were to use a regular flat iron it would sometimes make my hair look too flat. This straightening comb reduces frizz while retaining some of the volume and texture of my hair. Crazy I thought it wouldn't work but it did! Packaging is neat. Come with a glove and a storage bag, which is nice. The instructions are easy to follow. There are adjustable temperatures ranging from 170 to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. The temperature rises/falls very quickly and you can see it on the display (like in an oven!) so you don't have to wonder if it's warm enough like some other straighteners. This is a full size straightener so it won't take long if you have long/lots of hair. It is also not as expensive as other similar products on the market. It does the job.
