They worked great for awhile and then the microphone went out. I got these for my husband for Christmas and about a week ago he could hear other people but people could not hear him.UPDATE:The very nice company that I ordered these from, reached out to me to resolve the issue. Within days the company sent us a new pair of headphones. I GREATLY appreciate the professionalism of Bengoo and their eagerness to resolve the issue. Thank you so much customer service!
