I recently had to get an AFO (ankle foot orthotic) for drop foot. With the extra bulk of the brace, I had no shoes that fit, and since my foot is already a bit wide, it was very difficult to find something. I had one pair of sneakers, but I don't like wearing them all the time, so I decided I wanted a pair of house slippers.I did a lot of research and read a lot of reviews. I ordered several different pair. These were the winners! They are wide- including the toe box. That's the key to wide width shoes! The velcro allows adjustment, and as these stretch, I will be able to tighten them to keep them fitting longer.These were the least expensive options that I tried, and the ones that worked the best.
