Acne and scars on face

My skin reacted badly to this product. I've never had a problem with acne, but after using this product every week for seven weeks, I got a new pimple. I thought the new moisturizer might be the problem, but on a whim I decided to kick it out of my skincare routine. My acne started healing right away and my skin tone became more even after the haircut, but now I have acne scars for the first time.
