The simplicity of using their software to send out bulk emails for me was brilliant! All I had to do when sending my own email campaigns to new subscribers or customers, as well as regular updates/newsletters were all done from within this platform without any fussing around at all. Their support team are always quick with responding (even over weekends!), which we really appreciated given our business needs can be quite time consuming sometimes! Nothing in particular that i disliked about it though; everything went smoothly throughout its use. We used them mainly because they have excellent customer services and very competitive prices compared to other providers who don't offer so many different ways of reaching clients through various channels like us. They also help keep track of your current contacts list and provide you with valuable reports showing how much profit each individual contact generates for you.
