Review on Women'S Plaid Pleated Skirts US Size With High Waist Shorts A Line Skater Tennis by Tiffany Lewis

Bought the XS for my daughter as she likes the school girl skirt look. Caught my eye with the variety of plaids that are offered and we purchased two because it did have the built in "shorts" for modesty. However, the skirt fabric is extremely stiff, rigid with almost scratchy hand-feel so I was surprised because the content was described as cotton when it feels like a polyester. The shorts are not like other styles we have purchased with stretchy shorts built in, these seem like almost a satin sheeting material with no stretch but it does provide opacity and coverage so my daughter does feel comfortable with the skirt length. We are still keeping them as they were cute outfitted and really liked the color combinations. I'm hoping that the rigidity of the fabric will help the skirt to maintain its pleated construction throughout washings and wear.
