My TV's speakers are fine, but I wanted something that added a little extra to make the movie more lively. I didn't want to waste my salary so I decided to buy a good soundbar. I did a little research and came up with this result. I wanted something that could be Bluetooth capable or wired via and optical. (The optical cable worked fine, but the aux cable would not connect to my TV). The reason I wanted Bluetooth was because I wanted to connect my phone when I was relaxing in my living room and pumping my own tunes. The actual construction of the speakers consists largely of glossy plastic and speaker fabric. It looks good and feels good. There are rubber feet to prevent abrasion. There are also parentheses to pass it if you want. The sound is quite clear and the bass is also good and powerful without being intrusive. You can control everything with the remote control, which by the way is the easiest way to set everything up. There are buttons on the side for basic functions like volume, me and next, but the remote control is in my hands.
