It's worth the price if you want to improve your performance

To me, exercise means walking long distances over rough terrain. In order to be more efficient in my daily walking, I decided to purchase leggings for strength training to make walking more energy efficient, burn calories and save time over distance. I had my doubts about the price but decided to take a risk and worst case scenario I could still return them. The only problem is that the fat spreads in awkward places on my torso, plus I have a short waist (I'm 5ft 2in, size 14) so they roll down when I buy sweatpants. my 50 year old belly! So if I was going to pay a good price for training leggings, they had to be high-waisted and stay in place. The minute I put them on I felt the difference; I knew it would be a quality item. Once I got them fully on (it takes quite a bit of maneuvering to put them on like a wetsuit) I was pleased with the high waist with a tie inside that helps keep the leggings in place. For some reason I feel like there is also tummy control; To me it looked like I was wearing SPANX. The fabric is thick, the fit is perfect for me and the pockets on the sides of the leggings to weigh them down are not in the way. Pockets run from waist to ankle so you can target specific areas you want to tone up with plenty of room for extra weight. I definitely felt the difference on my morning walk; I usually start sweating when I hit the 1st mile, but I was sweating before I hit the 1 mile mark.
