Don't buy cheap cables at the store or at the gas station! Pay that price and get a cable that's the same or better quality than the one that came with your new phone! Don't think that all cables are the same, they are not! Edit: I noticed that the cable has started to bend near the tip as my daughter uses this cable while charging. It hasn't caused any loading issues yet, but for the word "heavy duty," I expect it'll be a kink of sorts in a couple of months instead of weeks. If you need a better cable, buy a nylon cable. Edit: The company will only actively contact Anker based on this review and it has been upgraded to a nylon cord which is amazing and doesn't flex at all. Buy a nylon cable and you won't regret it! Anker is a wonderful company.
