One of which is a crooked software, the other is a working disk protection, which is disabled by this software. The software climbs into the core of the system and if you do not give permission for this in time, nothing will work. For example, in Ventura, you generally need to reboot into safe mode and disable protection . In short, after dancing with a tambourine, I once again reinstalled the software and changed the cable to an ordinary usb. And lo and behold, everything worked! Through the software, I turned off the protection and the system saw the disk that I had formatted. I don’t know what exactly helped, but I advise you to first connect it via regular usb. There was no such hemorrhoids with any external drive.
