I've used them my whole life and so did my mum and dad! They always told me to let it dry and wipe it off. And so it stays brighter. I wash the objects you use, such as forks and knives, with a little washing-up liquid and polish them with a soft cloth. I also use Hagerty spray and silver foam. They are good too.
