Review on 🎙️ Olympus DS-2400 Voice Recorder for Efficient Dictation (142015) by Carl Lipschultz

I purchased this recorder and accompanying transcription module because I could not find a cassette system with acceptable fidelity for my cardiology practice. At first the radio worked fine. The typist in my office was very happy and understood every word. However, after a few months, every time I try to download a dictation to my computer, I have to unload and reload the software for both the recorder and the transcription module. Sometimes twice! I do not recommend this product to anyone! Olympus can't help me! For some reason they don't even list this item in their product support. Look elsewhere for your dictation products. At least not with this device. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY!
