Well that sucks, I ordered this to be able to use my external keyboard and mouse but now I'm stuck with only one working adapter. One of the ones that came with the packages was damaged and said the USB was drawing too much power and the touchpad was also going dead. Edit [01/21/16]: I have contacted their support team and they will be able to send me new USB adapters. I'll edit this review and come back to see if they work. For now, this deserves 4 stars for their outstanding customer support! Edit [01/30/16]: I just received the new adapters that were shipped and they both work fine. No problem! This is a must have for anyone who needs an adapter! The quality of the product finishes is a plus, customer service. another plus. Overall Totally satisfied with this purchase. 10/10 would buy again.
